Notice of Pattern Design

1. When make pattern design, need make the distance of needle be consistent. When needle is inconsistent, the needle stitch will become unstable; chenille stitch height is not consistent sewing effect is not ideal.

2. Set according to the use of needle length stitching seam thickness, material thickness and design requirements of the needle density and different, in the same pattern needle length don't change.

3. When need to jump needle, certain sewing the material deformation by beating. Therefore, design leap anywhere should be as short as possible (note: cording embroidery and embroidered not jump needle)

4. Don't set in the end when the skipping pattern embroidery, chenille ring or needle will be hooked.

5. From the chenille embroidery pattern began to jump to go two or three needle chain stitch skipping again. If directly from the chenille embroidery began skipping, embroider line will be brought up, chenille ring spread.

6. Two or three needle chain stitch is usually used to complete the pattern of the chenille embroidery. If the end of the chenille is directly, it will break out when the sewing material is changed.

7. To avoid a sharp change in the direction of embroidery. Otherwise it will generate jumper, especially in winding rust and embroidered belt will appear when the line reactor to stitch uplift, effect not pretty. Usually the direction of change in 90 degrees within.
