If the customer in the process of using Lanling embroidery machine incurred a blown fuse, need timely troubleshooting, otherwise it will damage the machine, and even cause a fire. Before replacing the fuse, "Lanling" remind you, must cut off power supply, find out the reason after the replacement fuses with the specifications, can reduce the machine damage.

1.The nose won't lock can check the power supply board "bouncing power" fuse.

2.trimming machine, shear, electromagnet of not action, can check the power supply board "cut" hook clasp power fuse.

3,Color change motor (or thread catching, trimming) motor movements, can check the power supply board "color change/cancel/cut line machine with" with a fuse.

4.Main motor timeout or no action, can check on the main control board "main motor control coil" and "plate within the 12 v power supply" fuse.

5.If the color change with stepping motor have no movements, can check the power supply board "stepper motor with" fuse.

6.If frame motor have no movements, can check terminals above step power fuse.

7.If the computer system without electricity, can check terminals "power transformer fuse" above.

8.If the power supply socket without electricity can check terminals at the top of the fuse "outlet".
